Masterprogram i europeisk handelsrätt

The Master's programme in European Business Law offers a unique combination of courses taught by leading academics and practitioners. It provides students with a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles and rules governing cross-border business situations, enabling European business lawyers to provide solid yet creative solutions to modern issues in any legal environment.

The programme provides an in-depth understanding of both the practical and the theoretical aspects of business law within the European Union and of how the internal market operates in a global context. Students also acquire knowledge of EU constitutional law as a necessary basis for a full understanding of European business law. Throughout the course students are given extensive opportunities to put their knowledge into practice and to learn from both academics and practitioners.

European Business Law is a two-year programme, but students have the possibility to write a master thesis at the end of the first year and then finish the programme with a one-year degree.  Students who take the two-year master  can tailor the programme by choosing optional courses which match their interests and career ambitions. This feature allows for tailored specialisation and provides a competitive edge when applying for future positions on the labour market.
